"Never Again Will One Generation Of Veterans Abandon Another"

The Car show for Vets' 2010 was hosted by Motor City Muscle Car Club, U.A.W., Carpenters Union and VVA 310. This is the third annual show and the purpose of the show is to raise money to support various Veterans' charities. This year all monies raised went to the VA Hospital 50%, Stand down for Homeless Vets 25%, packages sent overseas to Vets sent by VVA 310 10%, Traumatic Brain Injury Program 10% and Blums' Landing 5%. The show was well attended by old car hobbyist that truly support the effort made by all and Chapter 558 helped by setting up the dog tag machine giving all profits from the Dog tags that day to help support the charities. This is the third year that this car showed has happened and this year it was in a new location and had a few growing pains that will be worked out next year. Photos by Dennis Bielskis
