Tim Klopschinsky "Hi Friends & Family, just a quick note to let you know how I'm doing & what I'm doing. As a lot of you know the Chemo I was on for over a year stopped working,and I was placed on a new study. Well we had a lot of trouble with that, side effects and reactions that were real bad. Bad enough to get me a stay in the Hospital for 8 days, I went there thru the ER, stayed 4 days in ICU, and then 4 days in a observation room. So my Doc has me off of that, and on some other treatments. I will be getting 3 kinds of Chemo 2 times a week for two weeks. Then a week off and then start again. We just started it yesterday so don't know how it's going to effect the Cancer cells for a couple of weeks, but everyday now we are watching for side effects so we don't wind up back in the Hospital again. At this point I'm feeling very tired, and have the same bone pains that I have had. So same o same o. Hope all is well with you, and we will keep in touch Take Care, Tim & Pat"

As many of you know Karen Ligner has been battling cancer. John and Nancy Spencer talked to Kristie Ligner after last evening's Canton Goodfellows meeting. Kristie said they have hospice for her mother and they are helping with Karen's care. They have been able to work out medication issues that have caused Karen some problems. Kristie seemed upbeat that Karen is getting the best care.
